How we work
Get your high quality transcripts in three easy steps:
- Send us your audio file using our upload form
- We’ll send you a quote
- Should you wish to accept the quote we will proceed with the work and deliver within the agreed timescale*
Once the work is completed and delivered we will raise an invoice. We accept payment via BACS and cheque.
We can work to most deadlines from same day to two-week turnaround, subject to capacity. Most transcriptions are ready within 72 hours. We also have a fast-track transcription service for urgent documents, which can usually be completed within 24 hours

Our services and costs
Prices for audio transcription work start from £1.20 per minute, depending on the quality of the audio file(s), the complexity of the dialogue and turnaround time.
Once you have submitted your audio file, we will provide you with a quote. After the work is completed, you will be invoiced and payment is accepted by means of BACS or cheque.*
We offer a Welsh language typing, transcription and translation service.
We also offer a 10% discount to students and can provide verbatim transcription of any digital audio files, specialising in:
- Interviews
- Focus groups
- Meeting notes and minutes
- Lectures and conference talks
- Student dissertations
When you upload your file(s), we will ask you to specify any preferences for typesetting and formatting, and will ask you about any specific transcription conventions or special instructions you would like us to follow
We also offer a copy typing service, with a 4 day standard turnaround service. The charge is £9 per 1000 words, including proof reading. Please scan, post or email your original documents to us.
